Has anyone seen this? I think we’ve discussed it (somewhat) before.
This seemes like A LOT of work and planning to give away for free. It certainly is as detailed and thorough as other plans that range from $30 to $50 (if not more).
I came across this from links that I stumbled upon from reading about Tri and IM on wiki, and it caught my eye because I noticed it is bike focused … and some others had voiced concerns about “other plans” not having “enough bike” (shocking that ST’;es would say that isn’t it?).
What are your thoughts/comments on this plan?

If “igobackwards” is Tony Stark, can I be War machine?"
people got mad at him over some of the TSR jerseys that never got to people and he bailed. Sounded to me like his girl screwed him on the stuff.
edit; I just checked he hasn’t logged in since may.
I really enjoyed it. Used it last year for Lake Placid. Well, I sort of used it. I didn’t really start tratining until March and even then it was half assed. I liked the changes in the workouts and it wasn’t just doing the same thing over and over again. It was challenging as well. I would use it again, although I might chuck in a little more weights here and there for me.
All in all I thought it was great and worth it. If I had been more consistent I could really see it paying off.
I missed this thread back in Sept – the material isn’t quite that old, and the fundamental concepts are still very applicable (balancing stress & recovery, building a progression of both volume and intensity gradually over a long period of time).
It’s pretty funny to read that this is perceived as somewhat “bike focused” since cycling has always been my weakest sport. I also see where someone was concerned about the running speed work; most IM folks forget about building running economy on the track, and my run has always been my primary strength.
Have fun with it, and forward any questions that you have with the program.
