Super High Intensity Training

I don’t mean to brag, but I will. In fact I have to!

I’m so proud of my entire everymantri.com team that I just must let you know all about it today, this minute, right now.Consider yourself very lucky indeed as you are getting a sneak preview of something that will change the way that the world trains for long distance endurance sports. I promise that today’s announcement will be even bigger news than the new iPhone…at least in the world of endurance sports!

You see the entire everyman team has worked feverishly for over a year to put together today’s new Mega launch. We traveled the globe and met and worked with some of the biggest names in endurance sports to come up with a radical new training method guaranteed to make you the fastest athlete in you age-group. We have combined the best of the most successful coaching programs used by elite runners, TDF riders, Olympic swimmers, and even the world’s best known and most influential coaches to come up with this revolutionary new training program/regime.

We have spent a over a year meticulously compiling data from the world’s top athletes as they trained and prepared for the Olympics in China. We used precise data from Heart Rate Monitors, Power Meters, training logs, and dozens of other analytical tools from an elite test group of just over 1000 Olympic bound endurance athletes. If you can think of a famous name, chances are they were in our test group. We burned the midnight oil and complied and correlated all of this data into the world’s most comprehensive and expansive database of elite training methods. We combined the best and eliminated the worst methods for what can only be termed a revolutionary new way of understanding and implementing elite endurance training.

We took everything that we learned and complied it into an user friendly and easy to understand program that will forever change the way you train and race.

Ladies and Gentle of ST may I present you with: Super High Intensity Training.

But before I can tell you the ins and outs (spill all of the beans if you will) of this fantastic new program, we just need a small but critical bit of input from the typical age-group athletes, and that would be you. With this critical information we can structure this program for maximum and dare I say yet again, revolutionary results. So if you want a guaranteed slot to Kona or Boston, or dare I suggest (for the last time) the Olympics in 2012, would you be so kind as to fill out the form below? Just copy and paste the questions and email the results to us here at EverymanTri headquarters.

Supet High Intensity Training by Iron Dumpling

You should spell Super correctly–it will help with the funny factor.

I think I need some spelling S.H.I.T!

Before getting into the peak high intensity you need to build a base with Base Ultra Long Length Super High Intensity Training. (B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T.).

We all know when people in the sport brag about their 40 hour training weeks they are really talking B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T.

You know now that you mention it, and I think about it, my training has been B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T all along and I didn’t even realize it.

I definitely prefer the Holistically orientated regionally selective extremely Super high intensity training.

Well, Super High Intensity Training has its place, but I have my athletes on High Utility Great Endurance Time In The Saddle this time of year.

I completely disagree with the Super High Intensity Training apprroach. My personal approach is to Build It Gradually Adding Speed Steadily. There is no chance I would risk injury by attempting your S.H.I.T methods until I have another few years on my B.I.G.A.S.S. plan.

I tried S.H.I.T. bricks but it hurt and after I was wiped. Maybe I’m doing it wrong?

Best Yet! (wish I’d thought of it…)

I’ve got a training program that’s even better:

Double Interval Parametric Special High Intensity Training

It’s twice the S.H.I.T in half the time!
