Man, $25 mil + Party Cove? I think not. But talk about being able to take your pick! That would almost take the fun out of it. Turning a 118’ vessel in the cove would be fun though. Kiss those waverunner goodbye. It does have party potential:

OMFG that is one bad ass boat! Did you watch the video? I may have to pick up one of the big ones (70m) with the pool and two hot tubs. You can see the little one docked at the back of the big one.
