Big shout out to Jared and Speed Theory. I picked up the bike on Thursday - no deposit or ID required. Just “here you go” and out the door I walked with a P3. But the stress of the week (losing my bike, Dad having a heart attack, etc) had trashed my shoulders and neck. I couldn’t dial in the bike for me and spending 90k in aero with an aggressive set up wasn’t going to work. So I rode on an old aluminum tank of a road bike. It was too bad as the Great White North Triathlon was perfect for a tri bike - no curves, no climbs and wind.
My stolen bike hasn’t shown up yet but Jared restored my faith in the tri community. So thank you and if you’re ever in Calgary drop by Speed Theory - great shop.
