I just caught this on the news.
I just looked it up and it looks like a gaffe of some sort. Apparently someone one from some show tweeted it and never confirmed if the information is correct. So far I’m not seeing anyone else saying this.

He “retired” because he’s been sick a long time. He stayed on as long as he possible could. I knew it wasn’t going well when he stepped down. This was his second battle with cancer.

Is this showing that the longer you work, the shorter your life? or am i looking at it wrong. I know at my old company, they told us people lived about 5 years past retirement which is sad.
