I just got an SRM and am having trouble running the software. When I try and run the SRM mutimedia CD-rom from my desktop I get a window that pops up saying I need to select the language, then the next window is a picture of the SRM CD and the it says run-time error 372. That my version of pdf.ocx may be out dated??? I have tried the SRM web site and just putting pdf.ocx in google. Any one have the same problem??
I am running windows xp on a new computer.

I had this same error after I installed CS/2 on my laptop. Re-installed Acrobat (yeah, I was too lazy to troubleshoot properly!) and it went away.

I tried that. I tried again just a second ago. I still get the same error. Do I need to remove the software and then run the SRM link?
