Srm pc7 can not pair to sram quarq 2017

My srm pc7 can not pair power to sram quarq 2017 but paired speed/cadence (from Garmin sc10) and HR garmin. i had replaced batterry and checked with Garmin 500 and 520 had conected power. I press PRO to pair i dont see power pair only blank pair on screen first. Can you help me?

Do you have the quarq setting to speak srm turned on?

Pc7 doesn’t pair with any ant+ power, just srm (and quarq when it imitates an srm)

The setting is in quarq qalvin I believe

l’m not setting yet. but sram quarq have already working with garmin computer( i checked). and Pc7 read main ANT+ via. Garmin HR and Garmin GC10 is ANT+…etc.( i’m being use) Thanks

Yup this is your problem.
SRM PC7 will read all other components on plain ant+… but not power.

Follow the instructions from quarq here:

i had already setting Qalvin Legacy from iphone 6s apps. but Qalvin screen hide all Search for Power or Enter Power Metter ID. And see Dongle Version Unattached. Can you help me?

If it’s an iPhone, you need an ant+ dongle, presumably you have that attached and working?

I had enabled Srm Power Control on Qalvin Lagency Apps but srm pc7 still not conect to sram red22 quarq 2017 . When i pairing . The screen not see Power to pair. What’s problems? .

I believe you are wrong.
PC7s speak a non-ant standard, and so they dont work with a generic powermeter. That said, Quarq has implemented the specific PC7 protocol (it used to be name German Achievement Mode, or GAM)
