Hi! My bike showed low battery for the shofters, I ignored it for a couple of weeks because I was only using it on the trainer… I charged the derrailleur battery, but it was still not working. I then checked the blipbox and its totally dead, I press the AXS button and it does nothing it doesnt show any light or anything… Tried two new CR2032 batteries but did nothing. Any idea??

Use the app , but when you change the battery you likely just need to re link, hold button on rear derailer, once blinking press shifter to connect . Now you rolling
Thanks for your advice! But even after changing the battery on the blip box and pressing the AXS button on it, it doesn’t shows any signal of life, it should blink the green led, but nothing is working.
I tried relinking them by holding the rear derrailour axs button and the blip box, but it just does nothing.
Are you using a battery with the bitter coating?
I thibk I found the problem…. Well, at least I know the blipbox is working. I tried by placing the battery with my finger, not with the cover and it worked. Apparently in the cover is not making contact, im not sure if its the battery thats smaller but its a relief!
