Anyone know if SRAM makes a 10 speed chain with that detachable link so you can take it off easily for cleaning (and where to find’em if they exist).
Yes their new 10spd chains have a detachable link on them. Try your lbs, they are probably only just becoming readily available though
I asked at my LBS just yesterday - they said they are coming out with them right now, but this LBS did not have any yet.
SRAM 10 speed chain have a link to install the chain, but it is not detachable like the 9 speed chains. If you remove the link you are supposed to install a new one.

If you’re not deadset on getting a SRAM chain, I would suggest the IRC version of the detachable link:

Works well with my DA-10 chain and no need to replace the link when disassembling.
Or even the Wipperman chains…
Whippermann and MAvic both make chains with that facility, I can perseonally recommend the Whippermann as I have that on my Kuota and my Cervelo.
Glory Cycles has what you are looking for - SRAM 10sp chain with easy to use tool-less connection reliable and unique to Sram with PowerLock connecting link.
I had been using Wipperman hoolowpin chains but for some reason, was not very happy because of the ‘finish’ on the Wipperman chains. I switched to SRAM 10-speed chains for our bikes not too long ago and am like how they are working so far. I should also add that the SRAM chains for Shimano are only 5.9mm wide (Shimano DA and Wipperman chains are wider) and for this reason, SRAM chose not to offer a removable ‘quicklink’ but instead offer a powelink. The instructions specifically state that once installed, removing the chain requires pressing out one of the pins to reconnect the ends of the chain.
