I’m building a 1x10speed bike and have a crank that takes a square bb. How do I go about determining which length bottom bracket to use? The frame is a cx nashbar brand and the crank is a cheap samox one.
Unless your cranks are strange, it’ll be 105 or 107 for a double, 113 for a triple. I’d suggest, though, going with something like a Phil Wood or similar that allows you to adjust the chain line.
