F***! That is South Beach in Miami. I could have been living there in proximity to… that! Thank God I left!
That’s from “Da Ali G Show”…the HBO comedy show. South Beach is almost always soooooooooooooooo much more scenic than that!
No matter what beach you go to, there is always at least one person who should not be wearing what they are. But, yeah, of everywhere I’ve been, South Beach is hard to top for ‘scenery’… It’s only the pasty-white tourists that ruin it.
