Northwestern Orthopaedic Institute (680 N Lake Shore Drive).
I’d recommend Balu Natarajan (www.chicagosportsmd.com). He’s a great all-around sports doc that I’ve been going to for years, and is also one of the head docs at the Chicago marathon each year. If you’re looking for a good all-around sports doc, he’s great, and he’s not the kind of guy that will tell you that you absolutely have to stop training. He’s a great person to take a look and help you understand if something is just a minor injury and can be treated with stretching/PT/etc. or if it’s more serious.
But, if you know something serious is wrong, with, say your knee, you may just want to head straight to an orthopedist like the guys at NW…
