I know don’t the name make you wonder ; )

I have hunted for a food source to use race morning. I tried this at my IM and it worked great. It smells bad, taste good and sets well with my stomach. I seem to have energy and stay balanced better when I use it. I drink it at 4a.m. ( 500 calories) then when I get up. It can be used as a recovery drink also.

Does anyone else use this? What do you use to get enough calories on race morning?

2 snickers and 1 20 oz pepsi, defizzed.

I use it during IM as do many of my training partners. I mix a bottle to 750 calories for the start and one at special needs. Mix to 500 cals for 1/2 IM.

I eat a big, normal type breakfast IM morning - maltomeal, bagels, egg whites, small smoothie or OJ and a banana
