I have hunted for a food source to use race morning. I tried this at my IM and it worked great. It smells bad, taste good and sets well with my stomach. I seem to have energy and stay balanced better when I use it. I drink it at 4a.m. ( 500 calories) then when I get up. It can be used as a recovery drink also.
Does anyone else use this? What do you use to get enough calories on race morning?
