Speedplay cleat HELP

I broke my speedpaly cleat somehow. The screws are so f*cked up I’m having trouble getting one out. Any ideas. They require a flat headed screwdriver for removal btw.

try taking a drummel tool and cutting a new slot through the head of the screw. You can then get a bigger screw diver on it

Just as an addition to PAUL suggestion, cut the slot across (perpendicular) to the original one - enables using a PHILIPS screwdriver for the job.

thanks, i’m getting a dremel tomorrow, but for now it’s 2 a day runs
