Saddle, color, and WSD sizing only goes thru Medium.

All my local bike shops don’t seem to know a ton about fit. They said they could take measurements off a Madone. Can anyone help me out with a better way to get my measurements right before ordering a P1 bike.
Will Trek be making a UCI legal bar for this bike?
