Specialized Venge Vias Rise Bar available as aftermarket product?

I’d like to know if the Specialized Venge Vias Rise **Bar (picture below) is **available as aftermarket product and can be ordered from Specialized. If not, anybody know of any other brand that makes a similar one?

Riser bars will be available in Aero, Round Carbon and aluminum versions.
The warehouse currently does not have any stock.
So, they are coming, but not here yet.

Just for the record, the aftermarket version of the aerofly bar is different than the VIAS version that is included with the bike. The aftermarket version is meant to be used with a std. stem and has cable exit holes on either side of the stem. The VIAS version is meant to be used with the VIAS stem that has 2 bolts going through the bar and the cables exit the bar into the stem so the holes on either side of the stem are missing.
