I got this a few years ago for a tri-bike fitting project that I never finished. The stem fits a 1-1/8-in steerer tube and the clamp stack height is 38mm. It fits 31.8 diameter handlebars and the clamp width is 40mm. (There are shims for 26.0 and 25.4 handlebars.) The handlebar extension is 56mm wide and freely rotates around the pivots at the steerer clamp. The extension pivots have graduation markings from +/-25-deg in 1-deg increments. The handlebar extension length is adjustable from 60mm to 150mm. The handlebar clamp, extension, and extension angle are secured by quick-release levers.
