My Allez has handle bars that taper towards the stem, and had the guys at the LBS scratching their heads as to how to mount clip-ons. For that matter, it also looks like the handlebar is awful thick, and may not accomodate most if not all clip-ons.
Any ideas? Am I relegated to getting a new set of handle-bars?
The only problem is that tapered bars the OP has limit the places one can put the mounts for the clip-on. If the OP really wants to use clip-ons I suggest he get a constant radius handlebar so he has the freedom to mount the clip-ons at the correct width for him.
