The helmet is available. If I’m looking down for 70% of a half ironman, would the Specialized aero helmet be a poor choice?
I am intrigued by this helmet, but is $300.00 MSRP is fooking ridiculous. The new Trivent shoe looks real nice with the replaceable heel lug and rubber band tab.
I haven’t heard about the shoes…
I did see the new S-Works shoes on Velonews. They are stiffer and have two BOA closures. I wonder how they would work in triathlon vs. the current S-Works that Jordan has been using.
Specialized vs. Giro vs. Bell vs. Rudy 2010 aero helmets?
Where is it available at? I just bought one on ebay for $77.00 I am just curious, because the one I bought may be a smidge small.
I was thinking about getting one too, but when I thought about it I really look down a bunch of the time. I think this defeats the purpose of the long tail. I’m sticking with my road helmet.
Was also wondering how come Saxo Bank was wearing the bell helmet in the TT when they’re sponsored by specialized? Are pros going to shorter tail helmets now.
