I am experiencing tightness in the right hamstring while on the bike. I have been professionally sized and the pain comes while in the big chain. Nothing of note in the left hammy.
Any ideas what could be ailing me?
I’ve had something similar recently. Try checking your hip flexors aren’t too tight (along with your glutes).
