I am selling my Profile Design T2+ Carbon Aero Bars that I had on my road bike for the last few months.

Bought them here on ST a few months back to give aero bars a try before investing in a TT bike which I now did.
Hence no longer need these.

can you take the plugs off and put shifters in there and run cables through? it looks like you can. just want to make sure

Yes, 31.8. Not sure what center clamp means.
They sit one left and one right of the stem.

Yes, these take bar-end shifters and you can run cables through.
