Honestly if you are using latex tubes with the 320 tpi tires it is difficult to tell any difference in ride quality unless the roads are crazy harsh "“chip 'n seal”… then I would argue that the tubular is just a bit more forgiving. I do believe that compared to butyl, the latex tubes are well worth the increase in ride comfort and reduced rolling resistance.

No problem. Really can’t tell the ride difference between the Tangente and Corsa CX with latex tubes. The Tangente is made by Vittoria for Zipp and they use the older 290 TPI casing and shape the leading edge of the tire to be more aero but as far as your backside is concerned they are the same tires but I believe having a Tangente on the front will save time as has been quantified on ST by folks far more knowledgeable than I !!
