The rear derraileur has some scuffs from being clamped into the trainer.
The crankset has some minor scuffs, all cosmetic. I bought new Ultegra rings (not pictured) for the FSA carbon crankset, because I didn’t like the FSA rings. The Ultegra rings shift like a dream!
Let me know if you’d like to test drive it. I’m in the North Charlotte / Lake Norman area.
I’m 5’9. 30" inseam and I fit right in the middle hight-wise. I’m right at the right size for reach (100mmish stem). I’d guess this bike is good for a 30" to a 33" inseam, and up to 6’ height.
I bought this frame used ~1 year ago, so I’m not sure on total lifetime miles. Seller indicated low miles, and it looks like a brand new frame. No nicks, dings, scratches, etc. I’ve personally put probably 200 miles on it, mostly indoor.
The components (except the shifters and crankset) came off my P3C, and if I had to guess, I’d say 500 miles on them. Front chainrings are almost brand new.
I have a medium TCR C1 (same vintage) and I’m right at 6ft tall w/short torso & almost 33inch inseam, think I have a 100mm stem on mine- could be longer if I wanted to be lower slung in the drops. I just train and commute on mine.
Great frame: solid pedaling platform when doing steady state work, soaks up bad road surface nicely, great geometry for climbs (where I live/ride I’m nearly always climbing), descends/tracks well through corners… I have a TCR fork w/carbon steering tube and suspect that impacts road feel vs. the frames that came w/alu steering tubed forks.
Still an amazing bike even comparing it w/the current crop of carbon road bikes.
TCR Composite 1. Frame is originally from 2005 (I believe), and it’s been built it up with newer components (2009-2010). I’m not the original frame owner, but brand new, this bike was ~$2,500. Ping me if you have any more questions!
