I was cleaning my bike for the Boulder Peak tommorow and discovered this. The picture below is one side of the beam mechanism: The crack is on both sides.
I am thinking the bike is a no go for the race. The bummer is that I just put on new profile Aluminx
integrated aerobars and everything. I do have a roadie that I can ride: but I know it won’t be as fast. If any softride gurus are out there
I would appreciate the feedback. One question: Is it rideable? (I did a training ride this morning with no problems):
