Have you tried going directly through Softride? When I went through them (though it was over a year ago), they were VERY responsive. They’ve said they have parts to serve their customers, they’re just not making bikes.

Softride isn’t making bikes anymore? I just sold mine at the end of last season. I enjoyed it, but it was pretty heavy. Neat looking bikes though.
