…and I feel leaner already. (kidding)
Somebody give me a reason to NOT pour the bottle down the toilet.
Lots of literature damning the stuff, but has anybody seen a benefit?

Flush it!
For what it’s worth, study out of Vanderbilt University says it does nothing.

Men’s Health ran a story a couple of months ago claiming it did increase metabolism when taken on 3 months, off 1 month, repeat.
It seems to be an over-hyped product, that may yield moderate results, based on what I have read. I followed the Men’s Health report and took it for nearly a year. I lost weight, but, I was training for IMMoo. The weight loss was consistent regardless of whether I was on an “on” cycle or “off” cycle. So, I cannot state with any certainty that the chromium picolinate had anything to do with it.
if you are a diabetic, Chromium makes your cell membrane a bit more permeable for the uptake of glucose. Healthy people receive no benefit of chromium picolinate
you guys sold me…buh bye.
