I’m still new to this shaving thing, and I accidently cut myself near my chin.
Holy shit it stung like hell when I ran (probably from the sweat).

shave the night before or after a run / you could put some vaseline on the cut ?

it passes with time… your face becomes like old shoe leather by the time you are 50 and the razor makes a sound like it’s being dragged across pavement.

If there’s an electric that comes remotely close to the performance of a blade, I’ve yet to find it.
I find the Mach 3 line of razors to be really good and really cut down on accidental cuts.
I cut myself about once every six monthes.
A quality razor helps a lot. I could never use a disposable razor again. They’re simply barbaric.
Put some antibiotic ointment on it. It usually has some pain killer mixed in it, but more importantly, it will prevent any kind of infection.
Honestly, all I can say is “man up.” I’ve cut my chin before, it doesn’t feel nice, but it’s not really doing any damage so I ignore it.

grow a beard and get a trimmer!! - had mine for 15 years and takes me a minute a week to keep it short and tidy - when I first started (early 20’s) I had an apache beard - a patch here, a patch there…I know week - sorry!

You’re all a bunch of guys with shaved legs, so I wouldn’t be going around telling other people to ‘man up’ (!!!).

Don’t worry about it, chances are that whenever you need a shave again, sometime next year, you won’t cut yourself…
there’s a guy at my gym I see shaving with a butter knife. you could try that.
