I have a small split in between my scrotum and leg. I am only biking 4 hrs per week. The only thing I can think of is my crease on bike bike shorts cut it. Any good treatment for this? I would like to continue biking.
I get rubbing/rash on my inner thighs after long runs some times, but so far, they have never split open. I find tight fitting/wicking boxer briefs prevent it while the liner on my running shorts does not.

If saddle sore… they are really bacterial infections. Wash your shorts in bleach. And right before every ride: wipe the skin in the affected area with alcohol or wound wipes from a first aid kit. This will resolve it quickly, and likely prevent new sores.
It almost looks like the skin is splitting on the scrottom. I wear UA boxer briefs under running shorts. The only thing I can think of is last week I put on some somewhat damp bike shorts out of the dryer. But I just noticed it the last few days. It hurts to sit in certain places.
That sounds like neither, unless you sit on your saddle in a very odd way.
