Sis Beta Fuel Nootropics Questioin

I use Sis Beta Fuel Orange for my races added with Sis Beta Fuel Nootropics (with caffëine).
Now I was looking at the product information and read that u only can use one Nootropics per day.
In a race I might use 2, sometimes 3…
Should I stop doing this and really only use one?

Anyone knows what supplement in this gel is maybe dangerous for overuse?

Maybe I should go for Maurten Cafëine Gels during the race and use 1 nootropic before the race.

Maybe I should go for Maurten Cafëine Gels during the race and use 1 nootropic before the race.

Taurine doses are up to 3g/day: Each has 1g, so that’s not a problem.
Theanine doses are up to 1g/day: Each has 250mg, so that’s not a problem,
Citicoline dose is up to 1g/day: Each has 250mg, so that’s unlikely to be a problem.

Typically caffeine upper recommended is 400mg: Each gel has 200mg / serving, so that could be a problem.
How much caffeine are you normally taking? 2 servings = 400mg = 5 Redbulls

Depends on your sensitivity within reason. I’ve regularly supplemented with 5+g of taurine and will have 400mg of caffeine in my drink mix for a sprint tri. Consider your weight in all of this and how you respond to things like caffeine but it shouldn’t be a big deal given the ingredient amounts listed above to have more than one.
