Sir Paul - Won't you please please help me!

LONDON - Paul McCartney was ordered Monday to pay Heather Mills $48.6 million to settle their divorce.
A document released by the Family Court said the judge awarded Mills a lump sum of $33 million plus the assets she currently holds worth $15.6 million.
“I’m so, so happy with this,” Mills told reporters following the closed hearing.

I’m so so happy! LOL

I had heard something to the effect she was going to appeal the decision…though in the same sentence the talking heads were saying that she was happy to have it “over with”…

Ahh, to be rich and out of love…

Not the money part, but apparently, she wants the details sealed to protect her daughter. She claims there ae a lot of personal details in the settlement. I suspect it’s probably her itemized list of expenses that she wants protected.

Can’t believe that he was so stupid not to get a marital contract before tying the knot with her.

If she appeals it, all the crap that she doesn’t want to come out could become public. As if she’s not hated enough.

I 've got to work on this gold digger thing, seems quite lucrative.

I thrashed them both pretty good during cyclocross season.

The judge disclosed full details today. Not all that flattering for Ms Mills e.g. “Having watched and listened to her give evidence, having studied the documents, and having given in her favour every allowance for the enormous strain she must have been under (and in conducting her own case) I am driven to the conclusion that much of her evidence, both written and oral, was not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness.”

An appeal???

she doesn’t have a leg to stand on!

LOL! did you just wake up from St. Paddys day celebration.

I stay at home on St. Patricks Day and let the wannabe Irish do their thing with the silly plastic hats and stupid slogan t-shirts. My office looks down on Harringtons in San Francisco where they have the annual block party and the idiots were getting drunk from 2 pm onwards. Cringe worthy stuff.

I went home, played with my kid and had a nice can of cold draught Murphys which I don’t normally partake of, but I got a case as a gift and its pretty good stuff. More of a warm weather stout than Guinness.

If you want the honest to goodness truth, I don’t think St. Patricks day has anything to do with Ireland or Irish culture anymore. Its the unofficial white trash holiday. Anyone can lay claim to being 1/16th Irish dress up like a moron and go on a public drinking binge.

In Ireland people go to mass and the pubs are mostly closed, unless some American tourists are in town looking to get drunk.

And your point is???

My point is, I’m not recovering or waking up from anything; I stayed at home yesterday for the reason described above.

Naww, Mardi Gras is an equal opportunity binge drinking moron holiday. Been here 50 years and for most of the last 10 I’ve shipped out and gone skiing instead.
