You have to be careful when removing the old leather to keep the underlying foam layer intact. I doubt I can replace the foam. I have four saddles, so I’m probably good for life. The hard part is sourcing the leather!

I always liked that old Flite. I used to have a couple of them, plus the Flite carbon. Super light with a bare carbon shell. That thing was surprisingly comfortable.

I have 2 of the Flite Titanium with gel if anyone is interested in them.
