I’m sort of a fanatic when it comes to customer service…both bad and good…and don’t mind publicizing my experiences. Six days before leaving for Omaha, I cracked my seat post on my 2011 model P4 which I bought new in Dec 2011. Been tightening all parts by hand when packing and unpacking until getting a Topeak digital torque wrench a few months ago. Seat post has 10nm rating and tool only went to 8.7 when I heard the unmistakable noise. Anyway, I call up Cervelo customer service, told them what happened and they basically said…no problem, we’ll mail you a new one. All they requested was I take it to a local dealer, have them verify damage and send in the request. LBS got the post the day before I left for Omaha, cut to specs, installed the saddle, and I was good to go. Again, just wanted to recognize an example of great customer service.
Cervelo, has consistently been the gold standard for customer service for me. HUUB and Garmin are close seconds. Really shows how blatantly horrible some other companies are. Glad you got your seatpost sorted out.

Wow that’s impressive! Compared to Apple who tried everything they could to deny me a replacement for my faulty Iphone 6S which was only 4 months old and still well within its warranty.
