Shoe similar to the Saucony Fastwitch

What shoe would be similar to the Saucony Fastwitch?

Pretty darn broad parameters here. When you ask similar to the Fastwitch, which aspects of it are most important? Support? Cushioning? Weight? Wrap of the upper? Or, perhaps asking the question better: if you could change one thing about the Fastwitch, what would it be?

The the Type A-6 is almost the same shoe, no medial stability. I think the Fast twitch is just the posted model.

I went from the Saucony Fastwitch to the Asics DS Racer.

Fastwitch was a little spongier in the heel, a little better for trail running. The DS Racer is a “firmer” shoe to me and I like it better on the road.

Used the Fastwitch for racing, until Saucony changed everything but the name. The ‘new’ Fastwitch (in 2013, or was it 2012?) was a completely new/different shoe, that did not work at all for me. After some research, and trial and error I ended up with the Asics DS Racer. Been on that shoe for 1+ year now, totally happy. FWIW, I have low arches, an extra navicular (that’s what the ortho calls it), and custom orthotics. If you buy mail-oder, go up 1/2 size, as they seem to run small.
