What are some sturdy shipping boxes (not cardboard) that work with the Speed Concept 9 series? Convenience (avoiding major disassembly) is nice, but cost is not a non-issue.

FWIW - I just hauled my SC and my wife’s P2 to and from the big island in an all3sports double case.
The only thing that made the SC more painful to pack then the P2 was the fact that I had to “undo” the front brake, otherwise I just popped the bars off the stem, and zip tied them to the frame. All was good.
The biggest catastrophe was a small nick I got on the downtube from something on the way there - it’s really small, and a bit of clear coat I lost on the chain stay from the bike pump I packed on the return trip.
