Shin Cramps

Whenever I do a hard ride followed with a brick run, my shins get really tight and cramp. This is like a regular issue I’ve had for a while. Anyone experiance this?

The only thing I can think of is I started doing calf raises and shin raises 2x per week. This might have made the problem worse.

Same thing happens to me. I’ve found that slowing down in the first part of the run the pain goes away. I find that my legs still want to go at 93rpm, and my run off the bike is often WAY too fast.

But I too would like to find some stretch or exercise that can take away the risk.
