now i know jackshit about wheels really. this wheelset came with my bike. im just wondering how it stacks up agst other wheels.

comments? they do seem to be fairly heavy.

I had the previous incarnation, the 535’s. On my Guru flite (alu) it felt like a solid wheel, didn’t need true-ing, felt stiff for sprints, but in the same token it shook me around. They weigh more than some others but I never really felt a problem climbing. Sold 'em though. Personally I found cross-winds affected me quite a bit with these wheels. Oh right, putting on tires was a MAJOR PAIN IN MY A** with these. my .02$

Pending on your budget, they are great training wheels but are very heavy.
