Shimano Ultegra 6700 Pedals

I don’t know if this is the correct place to put this but…I am looking at purchasing some pedals for my new Felt IA16. I was offered a pair of used Shimano Ultegra 6700 pedals for $47 total after shipping. The pedals have a few scratches and scuffs on them but don’t appear to be too damaged. Is this a good deal?

I love those pedals, wide and stable, easy to click in to. Although, seems you can get them new ( comes w/ cleats) at probikekit for $90, or even better- the newer carbon 6800 version for $95:

( I may actually buy some myself, thanks for the idea  )

If it comes with cleats then yes. If not then no, not a good deal as new cleats can cost 20-30 retail. Add that and you are not much less than a brand new pair.

6700 pedals are solid as I have a pair of the carbon versions with no issues. I also have the 5800 carbon ones and they aren’t as good…mainly only because after getting them a little wet for one ride they started creaking. Never had an issue with my 6700 pedals and they’ve been through much more wet situations.
