Seat position on Concept2 BikeErg

I’m trying to set up my Concept2 BikeErg to match the geometry of my triathlon bike. (My tri bike was configured during a professional bike fit.) I am using a seat identical to the one I have on my tri bike. When I have the seat all the way forward on my BikeErg, it’s still a couple inches behind the position of my seat on my tri bike (relative to the bottom bracket).

Does anyone know of any modifications or aftermarket parts that can be used to move the seat farther forward on the BikeErg? It does not use a standard seat post.

Thank you.

M2 used to make a product to allow you to move your saddle forward, but they’re long out of business.

This might work: https://www.amazon.com/GORIX-Saddle-Suspension-Absorber-Bicycle/dp/B088R7BLB3/ref=asc_df_B088R7BLB3/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693769127681&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2420357558905644540&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9009860&hvtargid=pla-945472726705&mcid=e919dd3e0c3333a7b2ca810371be0964&th=1

Maybe reach out to that manufacturer to see if they produce a forward post but that’s probably unlikely.

It there a metal shop near you that could make a forward post?

Thank you. That product might work. I reached out to Concept2, and they did not have a solution.

That rail extender should work. I would recommend using a wood block to “lock out” the flex in the rails.
