Season Bike Zone %

I was looking at my powertap files in WKO (I only trained for Olympics on the bike) and here were my %:
Recovery: 20.3%
Endurance: 20.9%
Tempo: 22.2%
Threshold: 18.2%
v02: 10.4%
Anaerobic: 8%
~225 hours on the bike from Feb 4th-Today

I was hoping for feedback of where one should be if they plan on Olympics/halfs next season
Or is there nothing you can conclude from this data?

(By no means is this meant to be a contest (I couldn’t tell you if this is a lot or a little to be honest, this is my first year with pwoer))

PS. I will provide anymore data that would be needed for constructive criticism/help (watts/kg, mean maximal power curve, Training Stress and Intensity Factor, etc)

That appears to be ~7 hours a week which is not to shabby.

Personally I would look at getting my intervals done (whatever they may be) get my warm up/cool downs and my longer rides in. Whatever the breakdown is,it is what it is.

That is what I was thinking, I guess I was just surprised by how much time i spent in the “recovery zone” -probably due to stop lights, downhills, etc.
I can’t think of too much time where I am not pushing at least endurance, even on the trainer.
