My friend is looking at buying a Scott plasma RC. Looking at the geometry chart, it gives the stack and reach for the frame measuring from the BB to the head tube, but I don’t see anything on the adjustability of the bar. Can anyone help? How do you actually determine which size is best given a set of pad x and y coordinates?
