Schwalbe tubulars

I looked on the Schwalbe website to see the difference between Montello/Milano tubulars… what I got out of it was that the Montello has cheaper rubber and kevlar belt, while the Milano has better rubber but no flat protection.

Any opinions for/against either?

I’d say do not buy them. They seem to be old stuff as Schwalbe Germany does not even seem to list them. No protection belt so prone to flats. Very little info on them too. Good price thou. Ultremo HT is a great tire. Close to (+/-) Conti Comp. Runs very much true to the listed dim unlike DD and ZX. If it is for the race I would not buy them no matter how inexpensive. Training neither due to puncture prot and you can have good and still inexpensive training tubies from Conti: Sprinter or Sprinter Gator. And I don’t mind training in good cond on Vitto Corsa CX/SC or even Veloflex Carbon
