My favorite shoes ever were the original Brooks PureCadence. They had just a little stability, nice soft forefoot cushion, low heel-to-toe drop, and they weren’t too narrow. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find another shoe that checks all of those boxes in years.
The specs on the Liberty ISO look promising, but the reviews are mixed. Some say to size up 1/2 size, some say they’re narrow in the forefoot, some say the forefoot cushioning is too thin/soft, etc. No real consensus.
Anyone users want to chime in with their experience? My main concerns are the forefoot width and forefoot cushioning.
Thanks.
