Saris (Powertap) Customer Service - props

Just giving credit where credit is due…

I sent in my powertap pro to be rebuilt (see classifieds) and they sent me back brand new everything, including stuff I didn’t even ask for.

Great people, quality rebuild work at a good price, good turnaround time. puts a smile on my face after hearing others’ horror stories (none related to Saris of course, i mean in general). They really deserve my future business.

I’ll second that. The HRM on mine wasn’t working so I called about it. They sent me a brand new strap AND head unit because that may have been the cause. Turns it out it was the head unit so it saved everybody time.
