Santini Twist Gel Sizing?

I’m only sporting two bibs, a pair of medium PI’s and a pair of small Castelli’s, which both fit the same. The Castelli’s ripped a nice hole on the backside where the chamois is sewn in, so those are done, after about two months of riding. So, I really need to order up some new bibs and I’ve heard lots of good things regarding the Twist Gel’s.

The question…I’m 5’10" 155lbs, do I order a medium or a small?

Our team has been using Castelli clothing for the last 3 seasons. I am 5’6" and 140 and I wear the small. I have noticed that the 05 fits a little snugger. I would suggest the medium
