The therapist at Rehab United are awesome and really understand the needs of athletes. They also have 3 locations.
Jake-
My sister-in-law does not only massage therapy, but also muscle fatigue testing, acupressure, etc. I’ve had her do the muscle fatigue testing/recovery for my achilles tendonitis and it made a big difference. It was the first time I had ever had it done. I’ve also used Massage Envy here in the OC for regular sports massages. BTW, my sister-in-laws website is:
She’s used to treating both my wife and I who are runners/cyclists.
Thanks!
