I am going to be in SD it appears for one week in May, Saturday to Friday.
Is it worth bringing my bike?
Can people reccomend good places to:
Stay, cheap-ish / reasonable, not the Hyatt as it were.
Ride, groups or solo, easily accessible from the city, will not be bringing or hiring car.
Run, groups or solo, as above.
Masters swim.
Apparently I am staying in “little Italy?” or in some hotel overlooking the Bay for three nights but other than that I need to sort it out myself, so all help and info would be very much appreciated.

Littly Italy is near the airport, and you can pick up a ride up old 101 from there http://efgh.com/bike/old101.htm
