Asking for some help –
Looking for salt/electrolyte tabs – I live in AZ and the heat takes its toll on me – I have used plain old salt tabs…had some luck with thermo tabs…havent tried any of the hammer or other brands…
The problem is that I need the salt/electrolyte replacement with the summer heat – but often the salt tabs upset my stomach…
So…looking for something that works…and hopefully easy on the gut…
Suggestions?

Base salt is the first thing that comes to mind.
Been very pleased with Salt Stick caps. GI is mostly a personal try it to be sure thing, but these have always been pretty gentle on me. And effective.
Bought my last bottle in AZ as a matter of fact!
I have tried the Hammer electrolyte tabs a handful of times. I am in northern Wisconsin so heat here is nothing compared to you nor the humidity for that matter.
Personally, I have been a little underwhelmed by the hammer electrolyte tabs. I am a bigger triathlete at an athletic 195lbs. When I have used them it is on a brick workout and during my run. They just don’t provide the amount of electrolytes I need. I am a heavy sweater though. I am currently looking at trying out Gatorade endurance as it is at almost all the races I am looking at doing this year as well.
