Plenty of talk of individual sport specialists on this site, so it should be noted that Ryan Hall just ran what was arguably the best ever distance race for an American born citizen. Absolutely phenomenal. A performance like that inspires kids to dream.

That’s no surprise. Probably people talking about everything from epo, to growing up in Big Bear, to him laying it to the East Africans, to making super-children with his wife, if he is in fact married to some other phenom of a runner.

married to sarah hall…fomerly sarah bei. both ran for stanford. she was/is a super talent who seemed to gain more attention for cracking at the big races but i believe has had a little better luck post college. both are very strong christians.

well according to ryan and sarah, they get alot of their motivation from their faith. i was just posting what i knew about ryan and sarah. it wasn’t a knock on them in any way.
