it’s not a brace but rather a moderately tight compression fabric. I really like wearing it during the day as it offers nice support. Was wondering if it was bad to run in. Thanks.
the compression could help support the area, but it could also potentially be too tight, especially as more blood flow to your legs while running; best thing to do is try it and see.
My experience was hat it was worse. The compression seemed to compress the IT band up against the structure of the knee, which exacerbated the friction of the IT band.
But each case is very different with ITBS. Ty a short run and see if you have any issues?
