I’ll be staying near the Aquia Town center. A quick mapmyrun search doesn’t show anything in the area. anyone know if there are decent routes around there?
Prince William Forest Park (7 miles north on interstate 95) has a nice trail network and low-traffic roads on the scenic drive loop.

X2 on Prince William park. If you do the loop from the first parking lot once you get in the park it is around 11 miles with more hills than you could ever want. Lots of trails there too, best to get a map or you might get lost. Happened to me the first time there. A 8 mile run turned into 15.
